What this service is
Health Contour is an informational service about habits and lifestyle. It is not a medical service, does not diagnose or prescribe. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
What the results mean
Scores, zone colours and “lifestyle age” are educational estimates based on open research — not a medical conclusion or a lifespan prediction.
Paid service
“Doctor-visit preparation” is a one-off informational service (399 ₽): one AI interview and a structured PDF. Limits: up to 80 messages, a processing-volume cap (past it the brief is generated automatically), 6 hours per interview. The chat closes after the brief.
Payments & refunds
Payment via YooKassa. The service is rendered once the brief is generated. If the interview never started, a full refund is available on request.
Artificial intelligence
The interview and the brief are generated by a neural model (GigaChat). AI can make mistakes — review the document with your doctor. Do not share personal details (name, contacts, document numbers) in the chat; they are masked automatically.
E-signature
Checking the consent boxes from an email-verified account constitutes a simple electronic signature equivalent to a handwritten one.

The service is provided “as is”; Russian law applies. The official version of these terms is Russian.
