FAQFrequently asked questions
Is this medical diagnostics?
No. Health Contour is an informational service about habits and lifestyle factors. We don’t diagnose, prescribe, or replace a doctor. A zone’s colour means how supported it is — not a disease.
Where do the scores and colours come from?
Every zone starts at 100 points, risk factors subtract points, and age multiplies the mechanical factors. All thresholds are open — each card shows exactly which factor took how much. The full description lives on the Method page.
How does the extended check differ from the quick one?
The quick check (~5 minutes) draws a 7-zone map: legs and arms are scored as wholes. The extended one has twice the questions and 11 zones: knees, feet, elbows and wrists scored separately. Body-part checks go deeper into a single topic.
What is “lifestyle age”?
An educational estimate: your calendar age plus or minus the contribution of habits, based on large cohort studies (smoking, activity, sleep, weight and more). Not biological age, not a medical measure — a vivid way to see where habits pull.
Where do my answers go?
Checks are anonymous: no name, email or sign-up. The result lives in your browser; the server keeps only a de-identified copy for the share link. An email enters the system only if you buy a brief — and is stored separately from health answers.
What is the 399 ₽ brief?
A personal document for a doctor’s visit: what to bring, what to say (a ready first-person script), what to ask and which doctor to start with. Assembled from your check plus a few clarifying questions. One-off purchase, no subscription.
Why does the service sometimes say “see a doctor urgently”?
Some symptoms (chest pain, breathlessness at rest, night joint pain) can’t be scored — for those we say honestly and calmly why the visit must not wait. Such messages are never monetised.
Has the method been reviewed by doctors?
Thresholds and weights come from open clinical guidance and studies (listed on the Method page) and are undergoing physician review before full launch. We don’t publish what we can’t source.
Is there an English version?
Yes — the whole service is bilingual; the RU/EN switch is in the header.
This service is informational, is not a medical service and does not replace a doctor’s consultation. If you have symptoms, see a specialist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
