Necessary storage

The hc_session cookie enables secure sign-in and access to purchased documents. hc_cookie_consent remembers your analytics choice for one year. Theme, language, free-check results and an unfinished interview are stored locally in your browser. This storage supports site features and is not sent to Metrica.

Optional analytics

After you choose “Allow analytics”, Yandex Metrica receives a view of an allowed public page: a clean address without query parameters or fragments. Opening the home page and the public doctor-visit page also sends their respective view goals. Two de-identified payment goals are sent as well — “payment started” and “payment succeeded” — without an amount, order number, email, self-check result or health context. The “started doctor preparation” goal is not sent to Metrica.

Metrica is fully disabled on self-checks, individual calculators, results, personal links, account, sign-in, payment, chat and completed reports. Session Replay, click maps, link tracking, ecommerce and accurate bounce tracking are disabled.

The site does not use advertising networks or ad placements.

First-party aggregate statistics

In its first-party statistics, the Service counts calculator opens and first interactions; self-check opens, first answers and completions; destination categories including doctor-preparation clicks; and payment funnel steps. The database stores only daily totals by calculator or check mode. IP addresses, User-Agent, referrer, cookies, visitor identifiers, order numbers, entered values, answers and results are not recorded in analytics. These totals cannot single out a visitor and are not shared with third parties.

Yandex Metrica cookies

After consent, Yandex may set analytics cookies and local identifiers prefixed with _ym, such as _ym_uid, _ym_d and _ym_isad. They distinguish visits and may persist for up to one year. Choosing “Necessary only” stops the tag and removes Metrica cookies and localStorage accessible to this site.

How to change your choice

You can change your decision at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics and does not affect self-checks, your account or purchased documents.
