What we process

An email address (only for purchases), health information shared in the AI interview and the resulting PDF, plus minimal service counters. Only after separate consent, Yandex Metrica may process a masked IP address, browser details, analytics cookies and a clean public-page path. No health answers, email, UserID, forms or page titles are sent to analytics.

Anonymous self-checks

Free check answers live in your browser; the server keeps only a de-identified copy for share links — no name, email or IP.

Health data handling

The interview transcript is never written to our database — it lives only in your browser tab. Contact details and document numbers are automatically masked before any text reaches the AI (GigaChat by Sber, acting as a processor). After the interview we keep only the final PDF, its topic and usage counters.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time by writing from your purchase email. We respond within 10 business days.

Storage

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies support sign-in and remember your consent choice. Optional Yandex Metrica runs only after consent and only on public marketing pages. Home-page and public doctor-page openings send matching view goals. Metrica is absent from checks, individual calculators, results, account, payment, chat and reports. Two payment goals are queued locally and sent only from a later safe public page, without amount, order ID, email or health context. The doctor-preparation goal is never sent to Metrica. Session Replay, click maps, link tracking, ecommerce and page titles are disabled.

First-party aggregate statistics

We keep only daily totals for calculator opens and first interactions; self-check opens, first answers and completions; navigation categories including doctor-preparation clicks; and payment funnel steps. We do not record IP addresses, User-Agent, referrer, cookies, visitor IDs, order IDs, entered values, answers or results in analytics, and we do not share these totals with third parties.
